This privacy policy informs you about the processing of personal data when using this application, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process
As part of registration and use, we process the following data:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Short profile / bio (optional)
- User type (e.g. parent, alumni, older student, teacher) and related details (graduation year, school grade, teaching status)
- Activities you offer (description, day, period, language)
- Encrypted password
3. Purposes and legal basis
Processing is carried out for the purpose of providing and managing the activity scheduler for the school community. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1)(e) GDPR (performance of a task in the public interest).
4. Cookies and sessions
We use only technically necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session cookies). No tracking or advertising analytics take place.
5. Recipients of the data
Your name and the activities you offer are visible to signed-in members of the school community in the weekly schedule. School administrators can manage user accounts and offers. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Retention period
We store your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and all activities you have offered are permanently removed.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20)
- Right to object (Art. 21)
You can edit your profile directly in the application at any time and delete your account, including all associated data, yourself (Profile tab → Delete account).
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
